TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STUDENT
(Before & After Joining the Course)

Introduction
Welcome to English House. To ensure a smooth and effective learning experience, we have established the following terms and conditions.
By enrolling in our courses, students agree to abide by these guidelines. These terms are designed to maintain professionalism, discipline, and respect within our learning community.

1.    Course Enrollment & Payment
Classes will commence only after full payment of the course fee.
For students opting for partial payment, the balance amount must be paid within 10 working days of the initial payment.

2.    Fee Refund Policy
A 100% refund is applicable only within the first 7 days of the course. • No refund requests will be entertained beyond this period under any circumstances.

3.    Course Validity & Duration
The Live Speak & Practice Course is valid for 30 days, with an additional 10-day grace period (Total: 40 days).
Students must strictly adhere to the course duration and complete their sessions within the allotted time.

4.    Attendance & Irregularity
Students must attend classes regularly to ensure progress.
If a student is unable to attend a session due to personal reasons, prior notification is required. The management may consider rescheduling or extending the start date within the grace period.
Students who are irregular in Live One-on-One classes will not be permitted to extend their sessions or continue the course.
 
5.    Conduct & Respectful Communication
Students must maintain professionalism in all forms of communication.
The use of unparliamentary (foul) language in group chats or towards English House staff is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.
Personal questions or discussions with trainers are not allowed unless an activity specifically requires it.

6.    WhatsApp-Based Classes
If a student misses sessions in WhatsApp-based classes, they may be re-added to the group or rejoin only once. Further rejoining requests will not be entertained.

7.    Course Material & Confidentiality
Students must not share the syllabus, course content, or any materials with others.
All course materials are monitored by our technical team, and any unauthorized distribution will result in immediate course termination.

8.    Ethical Conduct with Trainers
Students must not engage in personal arrangements with trainers for additional private classes outside of English House. Any such activity will lead to immediate discontinuation from the academy.
Any personal gifts for trainers should be sent only to the official office address. The English House team will ensure they are delivered to the respective trainers.

These terms are established to ensure a professional, respectful, and effective learning environment for all students. By enrolling in English House, students agree to comply with these guidelines. Any violation may result in disciplinary action, removal from the course, or other necessary measures as determined by the management.
